Large hydraulic actuators used in 1,000 MW-class ultra-supercritical (USC) thermal power plant control valves are entirely sourced from Rexroth (Germany). Chronic piston rod external leakage during operation, combined with a non-maintainable monolithic structure, forces plant operators to wait up to 10 months for a $400,000 replacement unit upon failure.
enesG is developing a domestically manufactured alternative that structurally eliminates the leakage root cause and introduces a maintainable design — breaking dependence on foreign OEMs. |

As renewable energy expansion drives a sharp increase in weekly start-stop (WSS) cycling at thermal power plants, the structural limitations of MHI (Japan) turbine valve actuators are becoming critical. The conventional metal piston ring design repeatedly enters boundary lubrication conditions during fixed-opening valve operation, causing progressive cylinder bore damage — with internal/external leakage and response delays worsening as start-stop frequency increases.
enesG is developing a fundamentally WSS-compatible sealing structure to resolve these issues at their root cause. |

The E/H converter is a critical protection device that precisely controls the opening of combined-cycle steam turbine output control valves and shuts off oil supply in emergencies to initiate an immediate generator trip. MHI (Japan), the sole supplier of all 115 domestic units, has officially announced product discontinuation — leaving no replacement option currently available.
enesG is developing the first domestically produced electronic E/H converter, surpassing the limitations of the mechanical design and simultaneously resolving both the supply gap and control performance shortcomings. |
